1. ‘NOW OR NEVER’ TRANSFORMATIVE COACHING

Most people start here. There are three basic steps:

Step 1: Getting a clear picture of what a soul-satisfying life would look and feel like for you.

Whether there’s only one area of your life you want to change or several, whether the thing you want to create feels knee-shakingly scary or simply impossible, I like to start by getting so clear about what you want, that it feels like a living thing standing right in front of you and looking at you with bright expectant eyes.

Step 2: Excavating what’s getting in your way.

There are usually multiple factors that stop you from creating what you want: confidence issues, broken beliefs, old patterns, relationship problems, money and/or time issues – for most of us, this can be a long list. No matter how extensive or deeply ingrained the impediments are, we will work with releasing them so you are free to create your life in a soul-satisfying way.

Step 3: Create a strategy and implement a plan:

I will help you identify strategies and skill-sets necessary for you to create what you want. Impediments live both inside us and outside us, so I will use tools and techniques that work in both these areas. I have been coaching people to make important changes for over 30 years, so I have many tools and protocols to disable them. I will customize the ones that I think will fit your unique needs and interests. Some of the tools I might use are: Inner Relationship Focusing, meridian tapping and havening, cognitive reframing, Future Self work and self-hypnosis to name a few.

HOW IT WORKS:

To get the process of change up and running, I like to have 8 sessions to start with and have them every week at the beginning. The sessions are usually about 40-45 minutes. Once we have some momentum going, I am happy to change the schedule so the sessions work well with your other activities, as well as the state of your finances.

2. THE MONTHLY REVIEW

This is usually for clients who have created what they want through our coaching process and now are eager to keep on top of things by setting up a monthly accountability/review process.

We schedule a talk every month and review things, making sure we nip any budding impediments before they can start derailing success.

HOW IT WORKS:

You buy 4 sessions and we book monthly appointments into your calendar. (I am always open to re-scheduling but I try to keep it close to the original session so we don’t lose momentum).

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE MONTHLY REVIEW:

    • a chance to step back from your life and work and review how you are feeling.
    • help in identifying areas that are out of alignment.
    • strategies to neutralize any issues that might be inveigling themselves into you’re here and now before they become impediments and begin to spoil the advances you’ve made.
    • an opportunity to review what’s working and taking the time to notice the impact of the strides you are making and how its effecting your sense of soul-satisfaction.

3. CONSTANT CARE/JUST IN TIME COACHING

I designed this package for people facing intense situations where they need quick access to coaching so they can get heard, work through strong feelings and receive support and ideas for how to get on top of things. I have been able to ease a great deal of angst for people and help them avert situations that might have become disastrous. Some of the people who have used this option have been facing:

  • painful breakups or divorce.
  • suddenly termination at work.
  • frightening health situations (or those of a family member)
  • the demands of a significant, overwhelming deadline.

HOW IT WORKS:

Clients purchase a bundle of minutes (I usually suggest 120 minutes or 2 hours) and I deduct the time as we use it. Clients can call whenever they need support. I can usually respond to someone within 30 minutes to set up a time to talk in the next few hours. We refurbish our accounts as necessary.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

    • feeling supported in a pervasive and important way when you need it most.
    • confidence that when you feel overwhelmed, help is only a few minutes away.
    • the security of knowing that you will have the intervention needed just in time, before anything worse occurs.
