Most of us think that in order to feel good, we need to make specific things happen in the outside world. That can certainly work, but it’s rather hit and miss.  And feeling good is so fundamental, I don’t like to leave it to happenstance.

Feeling good is important for a whole lot of reasons. When we feel good, we actually are bringing more goodness into the world. We feel happier and healthier. Things tends to flow and go more smoothly. And we are not dependent on certain things happening. And when they do happen, the good feelings are twice as strong.

But the truth is, we don’t have to wait for things to happen OUT THERE to feel great.

Feeling good is a choice and as such, it’s a skill set you can learn. And when you do, you will be more in charge of yourself and your life.

One of several tools I use to help myself with this is to listen to a short audio I’ve made that reminds me. I listen to it when I walk the dog or doing the dishes and especially try to listen before going to sleep. It’s only a minute or two long, but I want to gift it to you. Let me know how you find it.

And speaking of being in charge of your life, are you ready to talk about what you yearn to create in 2024? If so, let’s chat. I’ll give you an idea of how coaching might be able to help, the time and costs, etc. What have you got to lose: Click HERE.  NO  obligation or expectations.
