Energy modulation for breakfast? Why Not? Most of us eat something to nourish our physical bodies before we head out into the day, but what about nourishing our energy bodies? There’s probably no bigger predictor of how your day is going to go than the state of your energy as you move forward.
Our energy field is either vibrating in a positive way or a negative way and our surroundings echo that back to us. If our energy field is shouting, “I’m having a bad day”, the world around us will often give us more challenging stuff. On the positive side, if we’re energy modulation is vibrating positively and happen to grin at someone, you will most likely get a smile back.
How to Incorporate Energy Modulation into Your Day
Want to try something different? Here’s a challenge for you. Or an opportunity.
Modulate your field every morning for a week. Feed yourself nutritious feelings and thoughts for 10 minutes every morning. There are many ways to do this. You can listen to a guided meditation (here’s the one I gave to my Super Self-Mastery course participants this week. TRY IT OUT ) It’s called “This is a Good Morning” by Esther Hicks. It’s about 10 minutes long.)
Or, you try some meridian tapping (often called EFT—Brad Yates will demonstrate a protocol on Youtube. This one is to help you Have An Amazing Day.

Whatever ‘tool’ you use, get yourself humming with vibrant, positive energy and watch how your day unfolds. Because our bodies and minds reset automatically to our usual state of just scraping-by, set your phone to ping every few hours. When it does, take note of your ‘state’ and recalibrate accordingly. Keep returning to the modulated state you were in earlier when you nourished your energy field that morning.
