I made a declaration a few weeks ago that I wanted to transform my life. I wanted to be more aware of the miraculous, be more loving, more comfortable with being uncomfortable, to believe in my own magnificence and that of others and to help the people I work with to to reach their aspirations like I am.
So, on September 5th, the day of my birthday, I took the entire day off and went kayaking out on my beloved Georgian Bay. (Ontario)
Here’s a pic.

I almost didn’t do it. I had a lot of work to do and was behind on things, but it was a spectacular day. SO I decided to dive in to this magnificence. As well as dive into the water many times. Sometimes even skinny.

I haven’t stopped grinning since.
How can I coach others on living a crazy good life if I can’t pull that off myself?
If I had a magic wand, I would wave it at each of you so you could do something that would get you in touch with the great magnificence of nature that is all around us. Yes, there’s a lot of grim stuff out there in our world, but there is much that is grin-worthy. But we have to open ourselves to it! And I did!!
So, in terms of my transformational goals, I can tick this box for this week. Which might even make it easier to do next week!!!
Thanks for cheering me on! If you know someone this post would benefit, please pass it on. And please comment. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE hearing your thoughts and reactions.
